The results of this literature are mixed. We tried our best to highlight all aspects of “impact of degree of internationalization on SME’s’ performance”.

The project is the outcome of weeks of hectic work. We consult with several books; we also took material from the internet to complete our project. This study developed and tested a model that attempts to describe the influence of internationalization on firm performance. Degree of internationalization was measured by foreign revenues/total.

The results reveal that (1) there is a U-shaped relationship between degree of internationalization of construction firms and their financial performance-when the degree of internationalization is.

Furthermore, firm performance is not only influenced by the degree of internationalization but also by the way how it is implemented.

Finally, he demonstrates that a slow and modest pace of international expansion has a positive impact on performance, whereas this effect can eventually turn negative for firms progressing too quickly.
